How trust works here
FirstSignal is a marketplace for things being born. Because much of what you see doesn't fully exist yet, honesty is enforced by design — not promised in fine print.
EVERY LISTING WEARS ITS TRUE STAGE
The product may not exist. You can voice interest — you can never pay. Renders are AI-labeled.
A verified seller commits to a ship date, price and refund terms. Refundable until shipping.
In stock and ready. Delivery estimates are commitments that affect the seller's standing.
Earned, never bought: verified campaigns, on-time fulfilment and clean support history.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE, AT EVERY MOMENT
- 1You pay the seller
Payment goes to the named legal seller through a regulated payment provider. FirstSignal never holds your money.
- 2The seller delivers
Delivery, warranty and returns are the seller's legal obligation — on the exact promise shown at checkout.
- 3Something wrong?
You open a case here. The seller has a deadline to answer; if they miss it we refund you from their account and pause their listing.
Who are the sellers?
Anyone can test a concept with a verified identity. But to take real money, a seller passes business verification (KYB), names a legal entity, and accepts responsibility for delivery, warranty and returns. That entity is shown on every listing.
What we never do
No fake urgency, no invented reviews, no hidden sponsorship. Paid placement is always labeled. Concept renders are AI-labeled. Reviews come only from verified interactions.
